We\u2019d be happy to discuss with you how we can get your order to you, so please just let us know by phone and\/or email.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery time:<\/h2>\n<p>We dispatch orders with care every working day. We aim to dispatch your order the very next working day. In most cases, this means you\u2019ll receive your parcel within 2 to 3 days. However, there may be occasions when your parcel is delayed by PostNL, BPost or DHL. Please check your Track &amp; Trace code to track your parcel and to let us know of any special delivery requests. You\u2019ll automatically receive the Track &amp; Trace details from us by email in collaboration with PostNL, BPost or DHL.<\/p>\n<h2>Postage costs t<strong>Rates:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>In the Netherlands, <strong>your share of the postage costs<\/strong> <strong>\u20ac2,90<\/strong> including VAT.<br \/>\nIn <strong>Belgium<\/strong> we need to ask for a slightly higher contribution, as we also have to pay a lot more. In Belgium, <strong>Your contribution: \u20ac3.90 including VAT<\/strong>. You can also choose collection points. As standard, you only pay a contribution towards the delivery costs. The actual delivery costs are considerably higher, but this allows us to dispatch parcels with quality, care and attention.<\/li>\n<li>For all other countries, we charge the actual delivery costs.
