Article 1 \u2013 Definitions<\/span><\/h2>\n

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Cooling-off period<\/strong>: the period within which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal<\/span>
    \nlaw;<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Consumer<\/strong>: a natural person who is not acting in the course of a trade or business and who enters into a distance contract with the trader;<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Hello<\/strong>: calendar day;<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. High-value transaction<\/strong>: a distance contract relating to a range of products and\/or services, where the obligation to supply and\/or purchase is spread over time;<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Durable data storage medium<\/strong>: any means that enables a consumer or business to store information addressed to them personally in a way that allows for future access and the unaltered reproduction of the stored information.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Right of withdrawal<\/strong>: the right of the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period;<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Standard form<\/strong>: the model withdrawal form provided by the trader, which a consumer can complete if they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Entrepreneur<\/strong>: a natural or legal person who offers products and\/or services to consumers at a distance;<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Distance Contract<\/strong>: a contract under which, within the framework of a system organised by the trader for the distance sale of products and\/or services, one or more means of distance communication are used exclusively up to and including the conclusion of the contract;<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Remote communication technology<\/strong>: a means by which a contract may be concluded without the consumer and the trader being physically present in the same room at the same time.<\/span><\/li>\n

    Article 3 \u2013 Applicability <\/span><\/h2>\n

    1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the trader and to every distance contract and order concluded between the trader and the consumer.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer via the website. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be stated, before the distance contract is concluded, that the general terms and conditions are available for inspection at the trader\u2019s premises and will be sent free of charge as soon as possible at the consumer\u2019s request.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. If the distance contract is concluded electronically, by way of derogation from the previous paragraph and before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions may be made available to the consumer electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily store them on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible, it shall be indicated, before the distance contract is concluded, where the general terms and conditions can be accessed electronically and that they will be sent free of charge, either electronically or by other means, at the consumer\u2019s request.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. In the event that, in addition to these general terms and conditions, specific terms and conditions relating to products or services also apply, the second and third paragraphs shall apply mutatis mutandis, and in the event of any conflict between general terms and conditions, the consumer may always rely on the applicable provision that is most favourable to them.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. If, at any time, one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions are wholly or partially void or are set aside, the contract and these terms and conditions shall remain in force in all other respects, and the provision in question shall be replaced without delay, by mutual agreement, with a provision that approximates the meaning of the original as closely as possible.<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Situations not covered by these general terms and conditions must be assessed \u2018in the spirit\u2019 of these general terms and conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Any ambiguities regarding the interpretation or content of one or more provisions of our terms and conditions shall be interpreted \u2018in the spirit\u2019 of these general terms and conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Article 4 \u2013 The Offer<\/span><\/h2>\n

      1. If an offer is valid for a limited period or is subject to conditions, this will be expressly stated in the offer.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. The offer is non-binding. The trader is entitled to amend and modify the offer.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and\/or services on offer. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the consumer to make a proper assessment of the offer. Where the trader uses images, these are a true representation of the products and\/or services offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on the trader.<\/span><\/li>\n
