Lichtfrequenties… Wat zijn dat eigenlijk?<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Light Frequencies by De Groene Linde have been created intuitively using various scent frequencies, crystals and codes. They consist of energetically charged water and alcohol, and have been developed to support your personal and spiritual development.
All Light frequencies<\/a> have a positive effect on you as a person and on your spiritual being. They work on every level and in the deepest layers of your being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the past, I\u2019ve been asked many times whether the Scent Frequencies I create can also be ingested. I must emphasise to everyone that this not<\/strong> the intention is. De Groene Linde does not advocate the oral intake of essential oils. You can read why not here<\/a>. This can only be done under the supervision of a qualified aromatherapist. However, this enquiry did give rise to a desire to develop frequencies that can be ingested. In 2016, the Light Frequencies were created under the name \u2018Remedies\u2019 and added to our range. In 2026, we adapted these so that they can be used both orally and as a spray. This is because, over the years, we have found that it is also beneficial to apply the frequency to the energy field. With this new formulation and a new base, we\u2019re killing two birds with one stone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Light Frequencies Came into Being<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It took me a while to understand how to create the Light Frequencies. Until I had a dream in which I was shown how to create these new frequencies. As I never ignore my dreams, I did as I was told.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At first, I kept dwelling on the idea that I would use a single scent frequency to create a Light Frequency. But in my dream, it was explained to me that I could use several scent frequencies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I began to tune into them, I started to understand what the intention was. The themes of the Light Frequencies are expressions of deeper-seated core issues. And to heal those core issues, there are various scent frequencies that are appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take, for example, the lack of self-love<\/a>. What is the reason for this, then? I\u2019ve noticed that it\u2019s different for everyone. Were you not listened to or neglected in your childhood? Or is it because you\u2019ve carried this feeling over from a past life? It may also be a karmic issue that is passed down from generation to generation. In short, a lack of self-love can have various causes. That is why the Light Frequency consists of multiple scent frequencies to address all these deeper-rooted causes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Scent frequencies<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

So, for each Light Frequency, I set out to sense which scent frequencies resonate with the themes. Some Light Frequencies incorporate as many as 7 or 8 different scent frequencies!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The scent frequencies have transferred their energy to the carrier of the Light Frequencies: water and alcohol. Those who work with the scents of De Groene Linde know that the frequency can be transferred through glass. In this way, the energy is transferred to the liquid. No essential oil has been added, which is why the Light Frequencies are odourless and can be safely taken by anyone aged 18 and over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crystals<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Naast gebruik te maken van de geurfrequenties werd me ‘verteld’ dat ik ook de energie van de kristallen mocht gaan gebruiken bij het cre\u00ebren van de Lichtfrequenties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De kristallen hebben ook allemaal een eigen trilling ofwel frequentie. In de Stockbottles wordt ook de energie van verschillende kristallen verwerkt. Maar ook het bronwater is opgeladen op een glazen plaat waar kristallen in zijn verwerkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was quite a task to find the right crystals for 44 different light frequencies \u2013 and they had to fit through the neck of the bottle as well!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Code<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In my dream, I was also told that I could start creating codes and that I would be supported throughout the creative process. At first, I found it very strange that I was allowed to do this. But I sat down with an old set square and a compass belonging to my son Tycho, and I started drawing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whilst creating the first code, \u2018self-love\u2019, I was so amazed by what was happening to me. Whilst drawing, I could already feel the code working within my energy system. As I had absolutely no experience of creating these codes, I asked some lovely people around me to sense the effects of various codes. They told me exactly what the code was intended for without even knowing the theme!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A change in 2026<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After 10 years, it was time for a change. We\u2019d been toying with the idea of offering the Light Frequencies in a different form for some time. This was because, through our own use, we\u2019d discovered that it\u2019s also very pleasant to be able to spray the frequency into your energy field. But we also wanted to keep the option of taking it orally. This led to the idea of offering the Light Frequencies with a spray cap, so they can be used both orally and as an aura spray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dosage & usage<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are various ways in which you can use the Light Frequencies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oral<\/em>
You can take the Light Frequencies orally from the age of 18, due to the presence of alcohol.
The standard advice is: take one spray in a glass of water three times a day at fixed times. However, this may be too strong and cause unpleasant side effects. If you notice this, I recommend stopping for a while and starting again after two days. It might be better for you to start with a lower dose. In that case, add one spray to 200 ml of water, stir well and take a sip every now and then throughout the day. After a few days, you can add two sprays to the water. Then, after a few more days, try following the standard advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Light Frequency as an aura spray<\/em>
As well as taking it orally, you can also apply the Light Frequency to your energy field as an aura spray. The spray is odourless, but the energy has a powerful effect on your aura! Stand with your eyes closed and spray with your arm outstretched above your head and alongside both shoulders. Stand there for a moment and see how this makes you feel. You can repeat this three times a day. This is also a safe option for children aged 8\u201318. Do make sure they close their eyes and hold their breath whilst you\u2019re spraying. That way, they won\u2019t be bothered by the alcohol vapour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How you can make even greater use of light frequencies<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If the energy of the Light Frequency still triggers strong reactions in you, you can start by placing the bottle nearby. Or place it on your bed when you go to sleep. Hold the bottle whilst you\u2019re relaxing on the sofa. This is also a good option for children under 18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

External<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Physical symptoms sometimes have an energetic origin, and some of these symptoms can be treated externally. Take lower back pain, for example. Find out which light frequency can help you get rid of it. You could use a pendulum or a bio-tensor, for instance. Then apply the spray to the area where you\u2019re experiencing the pain. You can also mix a small amount of the spray with some base oil and use this to massage the painful area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Test tubes<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It is <\/strong>It is also possible to test the light frequencies and incorporate those that are required into a test tube<\/a> or frequency pendant<\/a>. You can carry the test tube with you or put it in your pillowcase and sleep on it. This is a very safe option, particularly for children under the age of 8. The frequency pendant is a lovely piece of jewellery into which you can add a few drops of the frequency and wear around your neck. That way, you\u2019ll have the frequency with you all day long. This is particularly useful when it comes to protection or cleansing, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the Light Frequency no longer works for you<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Have you noticed that nothing is happening anymore? If so, you can increase the number of sprays per day. Instead of taking one spray in a glass of water three times a day, take a dose four or five times a day. It may also be that you have finished the course. If so, seal the bottle tightly and store it in a cool, dark place. You can keep the Light Frequency in good condition for about two years after opening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are multiple light frequencies needed? Sometimes you can take them at the same time, but then you won\u2019t really feel which frequency is having what effect on you. It\u2019s better to take the frequencies at different times, or to start with one first and, when it feels right, move on to the next. It may well be that taking two different frequencies is simply too intense for you energetically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blending the different light frequencies<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It is possible to combine the different light frequencies. If, as a therapist, you are testing three different light frequencies for your client, you can create a mixture of them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the step-by-step guide<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Assess which light frequencies your client needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Test how many drops of each light frequency are required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Add the drops to a 30 ml bottle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Top up the bottle with boiled or distilled water, adding a dash of vodka or gin to preserve the mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Experiment to find out how the Light Frequency mix should be used; you can do this using the special commuter pass<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    We also have a lovely test kit<\/a>. All 44 frequencies are included in this kit. As a therapist, you can work very effectively with this test kit. This is because it allows you to easily determine which frequency your client needs. You can also use the test tubes to input the frequency into a computer programme, such as the Asyra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you use the test kit at home, you can find out at any time which combination of light frequencies you or your housemates need. You don\u2019t take them orally, but you make use of the energy from the tubes by carrying them with you or placing them in your bed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

When you use the card set, it\u2019s nice to take a moment for yourself. Create a cosy spot in your home where you can keep your card set and place the card you\u2019ve chosen.
