Wat is het toch fijn om blijdschap te ondervinden! Maar soms is dat best even lastig. Zelf vind ik vooral het eind van de winter zo’n momentje waarop ik het best lastig vind om te blijven lachen. De winter duurt mij echt te lang en ik heb dan zo’n behoefte aan de zon, de warmte en de gezelligheid van buiten. Daarom neem ik jullie in dit blog mee op reis naar blijheid \ud83d\ude09. Ik schrijf dit blog op het moment dat de regen tegen de ramen slaat.. Dus ik kan wel wat vrolijkheid gebruiken!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apart from winter, there are, of course, plenty of other times in your life when you could do with a bit of extra cheer. Sometimes things just aren\u2019t going your way; things happen that you have to get through but which really do cause you a lot of sadness. I really do enjoy the lovely scents of orange<\/a>, mandarin<\/a>, kumquat<\/a> and other citrus oils. Using these in my diffuser makes the whole house smell lovely and really lifts my mood ;). Especially in the morning, at the weekend, it\u2019s lovely to switch on the diffuser straight out of bed. That way, the day gets off to a great start straight away. I have a few favourite oils that are always in my cupboard.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

So get out of bed, switch on that diffuser and Wake Up! But it\u2019s not just for the morning \u2013 it\u2019s also a lovely scent to use during the day if you\u2019re feeling a bit low. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The warmth of the Vanilla<\/a> Alongside the fresh scent of citrus, it\u2019s absolutely fantastic! Did you know that vanilla is really the oil that has a calming effect on irritation, anger, frustration, anxiety and so on? When they smell vanilla oil, virtually no one can stay angry or get angry. It might sound a bit odd \u2013 a baby product! But I just love this scent so much! I\u2019ve got older children now, but they love this gentle scent too! This is because of the Roos<\/a> used in this mix. A little extra love and cheer. A firm favourite in our house!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As well as the ready-made blends, which are of course really handy to use, it\u2019s also lovely to create your own mix using single oils. I\u2019m a big fan of the Himalayan Cedar<\/a> met z’n zoete geur. Vooral in combinatie met de Spearmint<\/a> and just a little bit Lemon<\/a> This is a lovely, cheerful fragrance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shower ritual<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Wanneer ik echt mijn bed niet uit wil komen en geen zin heb in de dag… Morning Glow<\/a>!
