Tips for travelling in a relaxed way

The journey itself can also be quite stressful. Whether you’re travelling by plane or by car, it can all be quite a challenge. You’ll certainly find the previous two tips useful for helping you relax.

During a long car journey, it can sometimes be quite difficult to stay focused. It is therefore important to stretch your legs and get some fresh air every two hours.

It’s also lovely to Focus to use in a car diffuser. This will help you stay alert and keep the ‘navigator’ next to you awake, so that you can reach your final destination quickly and safely.
