As I mentioned in a previous blog, we recommend the Linde Care range to anyone in the healthcare sector who wishes to start using essential oils. This range has been specially developed for use in healthcare. Contraindications were taken into account when developing this range. Of course, it is always possible that someone may have an allergy. So please take care when using it on someone for the first time.

As well as these fragrances, we also have a balm made from the Be Healthy and the Be Comfy Balm, for sore muscles and joints.

As you can see, most of the names speak for themselves, but if you’d like more information about how the oils work, you can read more about them here in our blog about the fragrance range.

These 11 scents are available in a range of variations. This is because everyone works with oils in their own way, and everyone prefers to use them differently.

You can use the essential oil in a diffuser, aroma streamer, scent pad or scent necklace. This allows you to create a lovely atmosphere in, for example, a living room.

Use the aura spray above the resident’s head to alter or support the energy of their aura. Ask the resident to close their eyes for a moment and allow the frequency to settle into their aura.

A lovely way to use it on someone in person. You apply the roller to their skin, wrists and neck, so that they carry the scent and frequency with them.

Both balms are a delight to use. The ‘Be Healthy’ balm is lovely to use to help you breathe more freely and support your airways. Apply the balm 2 to 3 times a day by rubbing it into your chest and back (between your shoulder blades). Rubbing it under your feet, putting on socks and going to sleep is also a good tip!
Be Comfy provides relief for aching muscles. The selected oils have pain-relieving and healing properties. Apply to the aching joints several times a day. Heat can also be very soothing, so after massaging, place a warm cloth on the affected area.
