For each theme in this fragrance range, there is an essential oil and an aura spray available. It\u2019s really up to you which one you choose. You can do a bit more with an essential oil, but you do need to be willing to put in the effort. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few tips on using the oil blend<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u27bb Use the oil in a diffuser<\/a> or aroma burner<\/a> in a place you spend a lot of time
\u27bb Use the oil in a base massage oil so that you can apply the frequency to the area where you\u2019re experiencing the blockage. For example, on a spot that\u2019s still sore from an accident years ago, on the lower back and abdomen following a traumatic birth, etc. Rub it in thoroughly twice a day or have a massage with it
\u27bb Run a lovely warm bath or foot bath with a splash of base oil, a generous scoop (2 for a full-body bath) of Epsom salt and 3\u20135 drops of oil for a foot bath, or 15\u201320 drops of oil for a full-body bath
\u27bb Work energetically with the oil. Place a drop of oil on your hand and rub it in until it feels warm. Now place your hands on the area where the trauma is located. Close your eyes and try to visualise the oil\u2019s energy flowing to that spot and drawing the \u2018pain\u2019 out of it. Then let the energy fill the area with a beautiful colour of your choice
\u27bb Even when the oil is in the bottle, the energy still works effectively. So sit down comfortably and place the bottle against the area where you want to direct the energy. For example, on your lower abdomen in the case of birth trauma. Just stay like that for a while and let the energy do its work. You can also sleep with the bottle under your pillow so that you sleep within that frequency all night long.
\u27bb Do you use the oil professionally? It\u2019s actually a whole range of scents designed for use in a practice where you carry out lightwork. By rubbing a drop of oil between your hands to warm it up, you can attune the frequency to your client\u2019s energy field<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aura spray is a handy product \u2013 really easy to use!<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u27bb Use the spray whenever you feel the need or if you have a sore spot
\u27bb Close your eyes and spray above your head and beside your shoulders. If you wish, you can of course also spray around the painful or traumatised area. Do not spray directly onto the skin; let the mist settle gently and, as described above for the oil, try to let the energy do its work
