HSP \u2013 a term you hear quite a lot these days. People, and young children in particular, are easily overwhelmed. Many young people are staying at home because society demands too much of them and they find life difficult and bleak. Of course, there really is a lot going on in life. In my view, social media doesn\u2019t have a positive influence on young people either, and society moves fast and is harsh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People who tend to react strongly to stimuli and pick up on emotions quickly are also known as highly sensitive people. These are people with a highly developed capacity for empathy (read more about HSP in our in-depth blog<\/a>). They are very good at sensing other people\u2019s emotions. What is particularly important in today\u2019s fast-paced world is that, as a highly sensitive person, you find a way to prevent sensory overload and use the right tools to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tips for use<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
