This is important to ensure that the oil is absorbed by the salt and the carrier oil. That way, it does not come into direct contact with the skin and emulsifies with the bath water.
Get into the bath and only add the mixture once you\u2019re in. Epsom salt helps to relax your muscles and joints and cleanses you of any negative energy. So it\u2019s a brilliant salt for both relaxation and energetic cleansing!
Don\u2019t have a bath? No problem! Run a warm foot bath in a small basin with one generous tablespoon of Epsom salt, a small splash of carrier oil and three to five drops of your chosen essential oil. Or drip the essential oil onto a flannel and place it in the shower.
