The full moon in the air sign of Aquarius brings a refreshing and invigorating energy. 
She invites you to live your own truth, free from expectations and conditioning. Aquarius symbolises freedom, awareness and connection with the greater whole.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, the sun shines in the fiery sign of Leo: 
an invitation to let your true self shine through, to take your place in the world, and to choose what truly brings you joy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This astrological opposition between Aquarius and Leo calls for a balance between head and heart, between serving the collective and remaining true to your unique life path. 
The energy of this full moon can help you let go of old patterns and reconnect with your inner compass. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lion\u2019s Gate is an annual energetic event during which the sun, Sirius and the Earth align in a powerful configuration. This gate opens your heart to higher frequencies and activates your inner strength.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For me, this time of year is particularly special. Our eldest son, Rico, was born on 9 August, under the energy of the full moon. And my dear friend Linda celebrates her birthday on 8 August, exactly on the day of the Lion\u2019s Gate. These personal connections inspired me to write this piece,
