This 3 March is very special because a total lunar eclipse will take place on that day. Do you always find the energy of the full moon gets to you? If so, make sure you\u2019re well prepared, because this energy is full-moon energy times 100! Emotions, intuition and subconscious layers are greatly amplified. And because this is a total lunar eclipse, we\u2019ll be experiencing a sort of \u2018energetic reset\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this blog, I\u2019ll give you some tips on how to work with this reset and the moon\u2019s energy, and how to turn them into something useful for you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During a total lunar eclipse, the moon temporarily turns dark. This is because, at a certain point, the sun is directly opposite the moon. This symbolises the parts of your emotional or spiritual life that are normally \u2018visible\u2019, but which now briefly disappear into the shadows. As a result, hidden themes and aspects can come to the fore and become visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This eclipse may feel like a turning point, where the contrast between order and chaos, reason and emotion, becomes very clear. It may bring about a change within you, allowing you to let go of perfectionism and trust more in the flow of life. Let go of old patterns and have faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As this full moon is in Virgo, you may feel a strong urge to take a close look at your health, lifestyle and habits. Old fears or worrying thoughts will come to the surface, so that you can transform them with the help of the moon\u2019s energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Total lunar eclipses can accelerate karmic processes. This means that things which no longer feel right, or which do not belong to you, may suddenly cease or come to an end. What you actually need may suddenly appear in your life out of the blue. Think, for example, of relationships, your work or your inner beliefs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I mentioned earlier, you can make good use of the moon\u2019s energy, but it can also really get you down. That\u2019s why I\u2019m giving you some tips to get started in the week leading up to 3 March, as well as some lovely rituals to perform during the eclipse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het kan zijn dat je dromen intenser zijn en dat je hier inzichten uit kunt halen. Schrijf je dromen daarom direct op na het ontwaken! Vaak zegt het je op dat moment niets, maar een paar dagen later kan je er wel iets mee. Ga ook schrijven over wat je los wilt laten: wat heb je niet meer nodig, wat wil je anders doen, vooral rondom je gezondheid, zowel lichamelijk als geestelijk.

Set up a little altar if you don\u2019t already have one, and make sure you place some lovely spiritual items on it. Think of stones, candles, incense<\/a>, oils, figurines, flowers, etc. Place some fresh white flowers there to enhance the purifying energy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

On a pretty piece of paper, write a list of habits or beliefs that no longer serve you. What do you want to let go of? Think of perfectionism, anger towards someone, fear of failure\u2026 Anything goes, as long as you\u2019re ready to let it go. On another piece of paper, write down a dream, a wish or a spiritual aspiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sluit je ogen en adem diep in en uit. Kom volledig bij jezelf. Visualiseer dat het maanlicht tijdelijk verdwijnt en dat de \u2018schaduw\u2019 je helpt om oude patronen en overtuigingen zichtbaar te maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take your list of things you want to let go of and say out loud:
“Ik laat los wat mij niet langer dient. Ik vertrouw op de flow van het leven.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If it\u2019s possible and safe to do so, you can burn your list. Otherwise, tear it into small pieces and throw it away. You could use the scent frequency if you wish Letting go<\/a><\/em> to give your intention an extra boost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, take the piece of paper with your wish written on it. Hold it to your heart and say out loud:
“Ik geef dit verlangen aan de kosmos. Ik sta open om te ontvangen in de juiste tijd en vorm.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finish off with a glass of water and jot down briefly how you\u2019re feeling and whether you\u2019ve received any spiritual messages. Go to bed and let your dreams bring you messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the days following the total lunar eclipse, you may still experience vivid dreams or gain valuable insights. Be sure to write these down and read through your notebook again later.
