By cleansing, grounding and protecting yourself, your energy body becomes more balanced and you experience a sense of calm. As you effectively rid yourself of external energy distractions, you begin to notice where your attention is needed. Those vague symptoms for which you can’t seem to find a cause become clear. These are energetic symptoms, and your body is asking for your attention!

For children too

Children also benefit from this ritual. Especially children these days – they’re so sensitive and there are so many stimuli!! At school, with 30 children in a class, intense television images and the news, where nothing pleasant is ever really discussed. Many children worry, lie awake fretting and are affected by the energy of the people around them. My own children are a good example of this. My eldest was so affected by all the stimuli and energy around him. Sometimes he’d come home absolutely furious, shouting and crying. I really had no idea what was going on. By cleansing him when he came home, I noticed that he was able to let all the negative energy flow out of him. And by protecting him before he went to school, he came home feeling a lot calmer.

The daily ritual of cleansing, grounding and protecting

We have a range of products for different ages and frequencies to help you cleanse, ground and protect yourself. The principle behind what each product does and how to use it is the same for everyone; it’s just that the amount used for younger children is slightly lower. For the correct dosage and usage for children, we have a A handy booklet available online and to order as a printed copy. Here you’ll find everything laid out in handy tables. Please read this carefully before using the products on young children. From the age of 8, you can follow the standard dosage as described below.

Protect

![""]("https://degroenelinde.nl/app/uploads/2023/11/Blog-RGB-12-1024x1024.png")

Whenever you step outside, you can always pick up energy from others. Especially if you’re already very open or very sensitive. People with negative energy drain your energy, or you’ll notice energy clinging to you. Just try sitting next to someone who’s extremely negative and has very low energy at a lively birthday party. You can really start to feel awful! Tired, listless, or even angry and restless. That person’s energy spills over into your own. But you’re also more vulnerable to entities. If they recognise the energy vibration, they can latch onto you.

By protecting yourself, you ensure that your aura is sealed so that no energy from others can enter, whilst also preventing your own energy from leaking out. Use the spray for protection every morning or whenever you leave the house. Close your eyes and spray three times with your arm outstretched above your head – once directly above your head and twice on either side. Stand still for a moment and feel the energy closing in around you.

Theme: Protection & Safety

All the products shown in the photo are great for protecting yourself. There are plenty more products you can use. These are all listed under the Theme: Protection & Safety on the website. You really just have to see which one suits you. Sometimes it’s enough just to read the descriptions on the website for the different products. Something either clicks or it doesn’t.

It’s not just essential oils that can offer this protective support. Stones are also lovely to carry with you. Consider, for example, the Labradorite, Petrified Wood, Selenite, Kambaba Jasper, Tiger's Eye and Tiger iron. You can use a handy pebble or amulecarry it with you. There are also many stones available in a health pendant.

Cleaning

Cleansing is lovely to do when you get home. You might find you’re feeling a bit tired after a busy day. Of course, a day’s work can sometimes be more tiring than usual, but it could also be a form of energetic fatigue. Throughout the day, we also take in many impressions that can significantly pollute our energetic body. As a result, we feel tired and exhausted. The body becomes tense and we can no longer live ‘fluidly’. When using a cleansing spray, you’ll also start to recognise this difference.

Even with your protective spray, you may still find that some negative energy clings to you. This spray is also lovely to use when you notice you’re feeling a bit restless for no real reason. Cleanse yourself by using the spray when you get home, as described for the protective spray. Pause for a moment and feel the heavy energy flowing away from you.

It’s also lovely to have a shower in the evening or after work or school. Close your eyes and visualise the energy washing away from you. You can even picture it as a dark colour flowing off you, carried away by the water down the drain. Brilliant!

Theme: Energetic cleansing & purification

The products pictured are brilliant for cleansing your energy. On the website, under theThe theme: Energetic Cleansing & Purification You’ll find all the products you need to cleanse yourself and your space. After all, your home or workspace might also do with an energetic cleanse from time to time. After a birthday party, a visit from guests or a difficult conversation, it can be truly wonderful to give your living room an energetic cleanse. We have a special trial pack containing three different cleansers: Palo Santo, Clean Energy and the Sage spray. These three are really lovely to use in your rooms and each has a completely different scent. It just depends on what you like the smell of, which is why we’ve put this trial pack together. You can also burn Palo Santo wood and dried sage to cleanse your home. Just make sure the smoke alarms are switched off 🤣.

Stones are also very effective for energy cleansing. The best-known cleansing stone is the Rock crystal. Carry this with you or place it under your pillow so that you can soak up its energy all night long. This is also a rather gentle stone. But also the Black Tourmaline helps you to let go of negative energy whilst at the same time protecting your energy. The Haematite and Black Obsidian channels negative energy into the earth, so that it no longer bothers you. Please do bear in mind the Black Obsidian. This stone has quite intense energy; if you’re very sensitive to energy, it might be a bit too powerful for you.

![""]("https://degroenelinde.nl/app/uploads/2023/11/Blog-RGB-1-1024x1024.jpeg")

Do you recognise yourself in these signs? If so, why not try grounding yourself with one of the grounding products? Personally, I like to ground myself with the oil. I either have a lovely foot bath or massage my feet with the Grounding Massage Oil. This is how you apply the product to the area where it needs to work: under the feet. Use this product before going to bed. You’ll find that you sleep more deeply and wake up feeling refreshed. All Grounding products can be found on the website under the theme grounding & balance.

Stones are also excellent for grounding. Spread throughout the day, you can confidently use three products together. Of course, you can also use individual products if you recognise yourself in one of the three themes. We’ve included all the products in the photos for each theme.

You can also conveniently order the products for cleaning, priming and protecting as a family pack. These packs are available in various ranges and for different age groups.
