Amazonite is associated with the heart chakra and therefore stimulates it. It helps you to express your truth, but also to understand the other person’s point of view and to create harmony. When, through self-reflection, you become aware of conflicting aspects of your personality, this special stone can help you to gain a clear understanding of them – for example, through lucid dreams when you sleep with the Amazonite. As it is the stone of truth, you can also trust the dreams, visions and insights you receive whilst working with this stone.

As this green stone also works on the throat chakra, it is beneficial to speak your intentions, dreams and desires out loud. When you hold Amazonite in your hands whilst powerfully affirming out loud what you wish to create, you strengthen your ability to actually bring this to fruition. The stone also opens and purifies this chakra when, out of fear of conflict or confrontation, you keep your thoughts and feelings to yourself.

It helps you overcome your fears of conflict, enabling you to set clearer boundaries on a physical, emotional and energetic level.

Do you tend to be very influenced by other people’s opinions and judgements? Or do you tend to impose your own opinions and judgements on others? If so, try using Amazonite to find a balance here.
