Then place your hands, with the pendulum, on your heart chakra. Now direct your attention to your crown chakra; open it by imagining a lotus flower gently unfolding. Getting started with commuting<\/h2>\n

If you\u2019ve never practised the pendulum before, you might need to practise a bit first. Some people get straight into it, whilst others will need to be a bit more patient. But practice makes perfect, and you\u2019ll find that you get a bit better each time. First, you\u2019ll need to work out what movement your pendulum makes for a \u201cYES\u201d and what it makes for a \u201cNO\u201d. Sometimes the pendulum can\u2019t give an answer, and you\u2019ll notice that it either stays still or starts making very strange and confusing movements. Try to work out what the movement is for \u2018I don\u2019t know\u2019 or \u2018maybe\u2019.<\/p>\n

Start with obvious questions, such as, \u201cAm I a girl?\u201d or \u2018Is my name Marietje?\u2019 If you can clearly recognise the answers from the pendulum\u2019s movements, you\u2019re on the right track.<\/p>\n

Questions where you can\u2019t possibly know the answer but really want the answer to be \u2018YES\u201d are a great way to manipulate yourself. A question like \u2018Will I win the national lottery jackpot this month?\u2019 is likely to be answered with a \u2018YES\u2019. Who wouldn\u2019t want that?
\nIt\u2019s important to have a clear mind, and I always try to remain impartial about the answers. That way, you\u2019ll get the most genuine answers.
\nAsking questions about third parties or on someone else\u2019s behalf. I\u2019ve noticed that asking questions about someone without seeking their permission is a NO-GO. But if your girlfriend asks you to look something up for her, that\u2019s fine. If you want to know something about your girlfriend, you must also ask for permission. You can ask her directly, or you can do so on an energetic level. You\u2019ll then sense whether or not you\u2019re allowed to proceed.<\/p>\n
