Description

Create a gentle, warm and peaceful atmosphere with Chamomile essential oil. You can diffuse the oil, extracted from the flowers of the Anthemis nobilis, and you immediately notice a soothing, sweet scent that calms your emotions and brings harmony to your surroundings.

Roman chamomile is milder in effect than blue chamomile. This makes Roman chamomile a good choice if you wish to use the oil on children. Always use low doses. As Roman chamomile is an expensive oil, it is available as a 10% solution in jojoba oil. You can simply use this oil in a diffuser or burner.

View of humanity

The Kamille type finds it difficult to cope with everyday life, often because he or she has been let down by past experiences. It does not occur to him or her to accept a helping hand, and so this person continues to carry around hurt feelings and emotions. This type of person must learn to open up to someone they trust; otherwise, they will remain stuck and never find true relief. The realisation that you do not have to do it alone is essential here.
