Description

Bring a fresh, clear and slightly sweet energy into your space with Spearmint essential oil. This oil is extracted from the leaves of the Mentha spicata and has a gentle, green minty scent that is less sharp than peppermint, making it approachable and refreshing.

The scent awakens your senses and helps you clear your mind without being overpowering. Ideal for moments when you need both peace and a fresh burst of energy. By diffusing Spearmint, you create a light, fresh atmosphere that aids concentration and helps you view situations with a clear perspective.

Spearmint essential oil brings balance, freshness and mental clarity to your living space. Spearmint is a type of mint that is milder than peppermint and has that familiar chewing gum scent.

View of humanity

The Kruizemunttype is struggling because his thoughts are all over the place. It is impossible for him to distinguish between reality and thoughts distorted by emotions. He finds it daunting to make decisions, particularly because he feels that not every thought is real. With peppermint, he can organise his thoughts and what is real becomes clear.
