Angelite is a soft, light-blue stone found mainly in Peru. It is sometimes found in other parts of the world, but the finest, most transparent specimens almost always come from the Andes region of Peru. The stone forms from the mineral celestine, and is sometimes regarded as a softer variety of that mineral. Angelite is relatively rare and is mined by hand, making each piece unique.

General operation

Angelite is the stone to use if you want to work with angelic energy; it makes it easier to communicate with higher energies. If you could do with some loving support from the angels because you’re going through a difficult phase in your life, Angelite opens the gateway to higher dimensions and helps you connect with angels, spiritual guides and higher energies. This makes it ideal for meditation and spiritual practices.

If you’re feeling restless and need protection, Angelite is a good choice. It is gentle and loving. Angelite creates a protective energy field around the wearer and helps to balance your aura. It is also used for energy healing and chakra cleansing.

Angelite brings inner peace, harmony and emotional balance. It helps to release stress, anxiety and sadness, and offers comfort in difficult times. It also works on everything to do with matters of the heart; it increases your sense of empathy, allowing you to give yourself lovingly to another, and it soothes restless emotions in the heart. If you are hard on yourself, Angelite is a stone that helps you to show yourself a little more compassion.

This stone helps you feel calm and peaceful, and restores emotional balance during stressful and painful experiences. It helps you look at yourself or a situation honestly, and fosters acceptance and resignation when you are struggling with something that cannot be changed.

Care

Never clean angelite with water, as this can damage the stone. Read here Further information on cleaning and charging.
