More and more people are finding that they are affected by the energy of the full moon. During this period, many experience increased restlessness, intense emotions and disturbed sleep. The full moon amplifies energy, causing feelings to surface more quickly. This can manifest as irritability, worrying or difficulty relaxing and sleeping.

The influence of full moon energy on body and mind

The energy of the full moon affects us on both a physical and emotional level. You may feel more sensitive than usual, react more quickly to stimuli and feel less grounded. At the same time, this powerful energy also presents opportunities. The full moon symbolises completion, letting go and awareness. What needs to be seen often reveals itself naturally.

It is therefore important not to be too hard on yourself if you find this phase particularly intense. By consciously seeking support, you can regain your balance more quickly and cope better with the effects of the full moon.

Power of the Moon: gentle support during the full moon

De Groene Linde has developed the ‘Power of the Moon’ scent frequency especially for this time of year. This scent frequency supports you when you’re feeling the effects of the full moon’s energy and helps you to stay resilient. Its gentle yet powerful effect brings calm, balance and a sense of security.

Power of the Moon helps you to avoid being overwhelmed by your emotions, but instead to remain firmly grounded. This way, you can regain your natural balance more quickly, without suppressing the moon’s energy.

Surrender and personal growth during the full moon

As well as using supportive products, it is important to realise that you can also allow yourself to be carried along by the energy of the full moon. Instead of resisting it, you can harness this powerful phase for personal development and self-awareness. Astrologically, every full moon has its own meaning and touches on a different theme in your life each time.

By consciously living in tune with the rhythm of the moon, you learn to listen to what is going on inside you. This makes the full moon not only intense, but also meaningful.

The creation of *Power of the Moon*

Marianne, founder of De Groene Linde, explains:

“I’d been toying with the idea of creating a spray to support the full moon for a while. That eventually became Power of the Moon. A gentle energy that envelops you and helps you get through this period in a loving way. A little support in the form of a scent frequency.”

She goes on to say:

“I have channelled a great deal of energy into creating this fragrance frequency. Various crystals and light frequencies have been incorporated into the stock bottle and impart their energy to this special blend.”

Dealing more gently with the energy of the full moon

If you’re finding the energy of the full moon difficult to cope with, you don’t have to go through this alone. With the right support, awareness and kindness towards yourself, you can experience this phase as a time of growth rather than unease. Power of the Moon helps you to balance the energy of the full moon and integrate it gently into your daily life.

To help you cope when you’re affected by the energy of the full moon, it’s important to consciously reflect on how this phase of the moon makes you feel. For centuries, many people have been drawn to the moon. Seeing a bright full moon remains a special experience and often evokes a sense of wonder. Yet the energy of the full moon brings not only magic, but also challenges.

[1582,2151,1571,1694
2864,2682,2861,2863,2862
post-64462","product","type-product","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","product_cat-geurlijnen","product_cat-slapen-dromen","product_cat-themas","product_cat-volle-maan","product_tag-energie-volle-maan","product_tag-geurfrequentie","product_tag-last-van-volle-maan","product_tag-ondersteuning-bij-volle-maan","product_tag-volle-maan-energie","first","instock","taxable","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-variable","add-to-wishlist-before_image
"productinformatie_velden_0_productinformatie_veld_titel":"Ingrediënten","productinformatie_velden_0_productinformatie_veld_inhoud":"Bergamot Reggio, Lavendel, Chempaka 10%, Vanille, Spar, Kardemom, Benzoë

De stockbottel van deze geurfrequentie is opgeladen met kristallen en remedies.
Lees alles over het proces van het opladen van de geurfrequenties in onze uitgebreide blog.
"productinformatie_velden_1_productinformatie_veld_titel":"Tips in gebruik","productinformatie_velden_1_productinformatie_veld_inhoud":"
