Description

Spruce essential oil has a fresh, woody scent that promotes strength and balance. The oil is extracted from the needles of various species Abies, which grow in cool mountainous regions.

The aroma is sharp, green and invigorating, with a grounding undertone that brings stability and calm. Steam distillation of the needles captures the crisp, woody scent, allowing the oil to bring the vitality of the forest straight into your space.

Spruce feels like a walk through a mountain forest: it grounds you, keeps you alert and yet calm at the same time. It helps you regain mental clarity and focus.

View of humanity

The Spruce type can find it very difficult to get their life on track and keep it that way; this is because a solid foundation was not laid during their childhood. They lack grounding and a sense of basic security, which makes life feel like a heavy burden. Spar helps you to ground yourself properly and find your footing, so that a sense of security can be re-established upon which to build your life. The spruce oil we have now discovered is light, cheerful and pure. There is no other way to describe it. Discover this spruce oil by ordering this product from De Groene Linde.
