Voor de stenen die het energieveld dragen is Jildau gaan voelen wat hierbij past en zo kwam ze uit op de combinatie van de amethistkwarts, bergkristal, rozenkwarts en zonneschijn aura. De eerste drie vormen samen de bekende gouden driehoek. Hierin heeft ze een aanpassing gemaakt en gekozen voor de amethistkwarts in plaats van de normale amethist, omdat deze een krachtigere werking heeft door de kwarts. Daarnaast is de zonneschijn aura toegevoegd. Tijdens Jildau’s zoektocht viel haar oog op deze kleine gouden druppel en het voelde compleet.<\/p>\n
You can choose the oils yourself to be dripped onto the oil holder. The oils will contribute to the energy field of the cushion. Oils and stones enhance each other\u2019s effects. Choosing an oil yourself to suit your needs will certainly be beneficial.<\/p>\n
The Power Pillow can be used to provide extra support during meditation, to help you relax more deeply, during breathing exercises (in which case, place the pillow on your lower abdomen), to help you sleep peacefully (place the pillow in bed with you) and to offer comfort. This is available with a scent and frequency of your choice, for both adults and children. There is also a children\u2019s version, which is a smaller pillow containing different crystals.<\/p>\n

The inner cushion is not washable.<\/p>\n You can clean the stones by holding them under running water. You can recharge them using the powerful energy of the full moon.
