Open your heart as the scents of the essential oils and aura sprays fill the room.<\/p>\n With headphones on and a blackout eye mask over your eyes as you lie on your yoga mat, you sink deeper into your own world. No words, just feeling. Through the\u00a09D Breathwork Journey<\/strong>\u00a0The vibrations of the music, voices and frequencies carry you away. The gateways to your subconscious are opened, allowing you to release precisely what will help you move forward.<\/p>\n It is a moment for yourself, a step in your journey of self-awareness, during which trapped energy is allowed to flow freely once more.<\/p>\n We will guide you throughout your journey and help your life energy to flow freely once more, sometimes using gentle touches on chakra and\/or meridian points.
