Wat doet jojoba-olie voor de huid?
Hydrateert en reguleert
Jojoba-olie hydrateert de huid intensief zonder een zwaar of vettig gevoel achter te laten. Omdat het sterk lijkt op het natuurlijke talg van de huid, helpt het de huid soepel en in balans te houden, voor zowel droge als vette huidtypes.
Ondersteunt een gezonde huidbarrière
Met vitamine E en mineralen ondersteunt deze olie de huidbarrière. Zo blijft vocht behouden en blijft de huid beschermd tegen invloeden van buitenaf.
Kalmerend en verzachtend
De olie kalmeert geïrriteerde of gevoelige huid en vermindert roodheid, waardoor de huid glad en zacht aanvoelt.
Geschikt voor alle huidtypes
De olie verstopt de poriën niet en werkt dus ook goed bij een gevoelige, gecombineerde of onzuivere huid. Ze helpt de rijpere huid om het vocht- en vetgehalte in balans te houden.
Veelzijdig in gebruik
Gebruik jojoba-olie puur of voeg het toe aan crèmes, serums, massageoliën en andere verzorgingsproducten. Het is ook een uitstekende basis voor aromatherapie en zelfgemaakte huidrituelen.

- kies een hydrolaat uit zoals rozen of oranjebloesem,
- voeg daaraan toe een scheutje jojobaolie, een paar druppels koude emulgator.
- Je kan er eventueel ook nog een druppeltje etherische olie naar keuze aan toevoegen. Bijvoorbeeld wierook voor de ouder wordende huid.
- Voor gebruik schudden en een beetje op een wattenschijfje doen en je gezicht schoonmaken zoals je gewend bent.

Tips for use
- Use the oil for massage. Add a maximum of 25–30 drops of essential oil to 100 ml of carrier oil. It is advisable to start with fewer drops and then test the scent. Some scents are so intense that it is best to start with a smaller amount and add more if the scent is not strong enough.
- For children aged 4 to 8 years, do not use more than half the recommended number of drops of essential oil. Please note that not all oils are suitable for children. You should therefore check carefully whether the oil is suitable for the child’s age.
