Description
Cocoa butter is produced during the processing of roasted cocoa beans. These beans are ground into a kind of oily paste, known as cocoa mass. The cocoa mass is then separated by pressing into raw cocoa butter and cocoa powder. It therefore comes from the cocoa bean and is mainly used to make chocolate. In the pharmaceutical industry, cocoa butter is used in various beauty products. Just think of lip balm, for example.
Cocoa is available in various forms and is consumed by some people because it contains various healthy fats and vitamins. We use the easy-to-work-with "chips" to make your own products.
The melting point is 36˚C.
