We get an awful lot of questions about βwhere should I start when it comes to fragrance frequency?β Our answer is almost always βThe Cleaning, Priming and Protection Trial Packβ. How and why? Weβve written another detailed blog post about that, and that You can read it here.
To cleanse, tone and protect your skin, you actually need three different fragrance frequencies. But buying three large bottles straight away can be quite pricey! And youβd probably want to give them a try first. Thatβs why weβve put together a sample pack for different target groups. Itβs handy because the bottles are small, and itβs easy on the wallet. This way, you can still try out which frequency works best for you β and who knows, your favourite might be right there among them!
As weβve noticed that many people find these products a great help with cleansing, grounding and protection, weβve included a sample pack in our range β at least for HSPs, children, toddlers and the basic scent frequencies. Tips for use
All four of the sample packs mentioned above consist of scents based on the themes of cleansing, grounding and protection. They differ in scent and energy. You can feel the difference, which is why different energetic blends have been created for the same theme. However, you use the three themed bottles in the same way, despite the different age categories and energies.

- Use the spray at the end of the day, when you get home. You can also use it to energetically cleanse the children after a day at school. Spray it above your head β holding your arm outstretched above your head β and on both sides next to your shoulders. Close your eyes for a moment and stand still for a moment.
With toddlers and schoolchildren, you start by simply blowing gently above their heads, at a distance of about 50 cm. You should also ask the children to close their eyes for a moment and stand still. This allows the scent to penetrate the energy body effectively.
- Keep the cleaning spray by the door so that you use it every time you come home.

- Use the grounding sprays before going to bed to help you sleep more deeply, connect more energetically with your body and clear your mind.
- Spray it around your feet, where it needs to take effect. Just hold it at a slight distance and stand still for a moment.
- Do you feel restless or are you feeling tense about something? If so, take a moment to surround yourself with the grounding scent in your energy field. Youβll find that the tension eases and you can breathe a sigh of relief again.

- Keep the protective spray by the door so that you can use it every time you go out to protect yourself from external energetic influences.

As the use of essential oils is not recommended for young babies, we have developed a lovely and cute product: room sprays made from hydrosols.
A hydrolate is a by-product of the distillation process. It is the water that is heated and passed as steam through the plant material. As it condenses, a minimal amount of essential oil remains in the water. This is sold as a hydrolate and can be used in various ways. We have therefore made room sprays from it. Due to the low concentration of essential oil, it is suitable for young babies. Use the spray when your baby is not in the room.
Please bear in mind that it is water, so the spray will feel damp. Donβt use too much at a time, and give it a good shake before use. These room sprays are also available in a larger 100 ml size.
