Important updates on delivery charges and prices

At De Groene Linde, we believe it is important that you always enjoy shopping with us and that your orders arrive safely and in good condition. Due to rising costs for postage, packaging materials and raw materials, we have been forced to make a few changes.

We would therefore like to inform you about the new delivery charge and the price adjustment in 2026, so that you know exactly what is changing and why. We are doing this in a way that is fair and clear, whilst maintaining the quality and service you have come to expect from us.

Change to delivery charges

As a loyal customer, you may be used to free delivery on orders above a certain amount. We would, of course, prefer to continue offering this, but due to the rising costs of postage and packaging materials, we have had to make a change that applies to all our customers.

From 10 November 2025, we will be charging a sA standard delivery charge of €2.90 (incl. VAT) applies for parcels sent within the Netherlands, regardless of the purchase amount. For our Belgian customers, a standard delivery charge of €3.90 (incl. VAT) applies.
The actual postage costs are higher, but this contribution enables us to continue sending parcels with the quality and care you have come to expect from us. We hope you will understand this and would like to emphasise that we are doing everything we can to ensure your order is delivered with care and attention.

Price adjustment in 2026

In addition, we are once again obliged to review our product prices. The cost of raw materials is rising, and the annual increase in wages and other operating costs is also a factor. We have therefore decided to increase the prices of our products by approximately 5%. This change will take effect on 30 January 2026. From that date onwards, as soon as you log in to our website, you will see the current prices displayed directly alongside each product.
