Tips for use
- A spray is particularly useful for a protective scent frequency. This is because you’re working directly within the aura, which is where the frequency needs to take effect. Close your eyes and now spray twice above your head, once on the right-hand side and once on the left-hand side. Let the mist settle over you for a moment and feel what happens to you
- You can use this spray as a room spray for children aged 2 and over to protect them whilst they sleep. Use the spray when the children are not in the room. Spray it around the room about a quarter of an hour before they go to bed.
- From the age of 8, children can do this themselves, which makes it even more effective. That way, they’ve done something about it themselves, and that boosts their self-confidence. For young children Are there also specific scent frequencies suitable for their age group?
- You can use this frequency whenever you feel the need. You can use the essential oil in a diffuser or a aroma burner. It’s lovely to switch on when you’re at home
