Misschien ben jij als zorgverlener al bekend met het zorgteam van De Groene Linde, maar misschien ook niet. Daarom willen wij je graag meer vertellen over dit bijzondere team binnen het grotere team. Het zorgteam bestaat uit medewerkers van De Groene Linde, die naast hun werkzaamheden hier ook nog werkzaam zijn in de zorg of in de zorg hebben gewerkt. Het is fijn om zo’n team te hebben aangezien wij de zorg een warm hart toedragen. Ook vinden wij het belangrijk dat de zorg op de juiste manier wordt geinformeerd door mensen die ook van beide vlakken verstand hebben. Maar wie zijn de gezichten achter het zorgteam en wat doen zij precies? Wat kan je van het team verwachten en hoe kan jij hun hulp inschakelen? In dit blog lees je er alles over!

Our care team consists of Chiara, Fanny and Judith. They would like to introduce themselves to you.

My name is Chiara; I was born in 1992 and have been working at De Groene Linde since 2023. In 2015, I completed my studies in Social Care and Specific Target Groups. Over the years, I have gained experience working with various target groups, including those in psychiatric care, young people with challenging behaviour and elderly care. Ultimately, my heart lay with care for people with disabilities, where I worked for over seven years at a day centre. This centre catered for people with conditions including acquired brain injury, autism, and intellectual and physical disabilities.
After a wonderful spell, it was time for a new challenge, which I found at De Groene Linde. An interesting detail: I’d already been coaching the owners’ son, so this move felt like a real win-win situation for me 😉
To be honest, I didn’t know much about aromatherapy, essential oils and crystals beforehand. But I’m now convinced of their power. I’ve experienced first-hand how scent and atmosphere can influence behaviour and relaxation, for example within groups exhibiting misunderstood behaviour.
To me, it’s clear: the atmosphere you create as a care worker makes a big difference. With small changes, such as a diffuser and soothing music, you can already help to promote greater relaxation and balance.

Hoi! Mijn naam is Fanny Tates, ik werk sinds een aantal jaar met veel plezier bij de Groene Linde. Hiervoor was ik werkzaam als verpleegkundige in de ouderenzorg. Door mijn studie heb ik in veel gebieden van de zorg kunnen/ mogen snuffelen. Zo heb ik meerdere stages gevolgd in de psychiatrie en ook in het ziekenhuis. De ouderenzorg is waar mijn hart ligt!
When I found out I was expecting my daughter, I decided to take a step back (for now) from my job in the healthcare sector. And to carry on with my work at De Groene Linde. Being part of the care team means I still feel involved and can share my knowledge and expertise in this way! How lovely is that!

My name is Judith Bos and I joined this wonderful company in December.
I’ve loved scents all my life; sometimes they can take you back to that lovely place from the past, or make you feel happy, calm and relaxed.
My greatest dream is that everyone who, at some point in their life, finds themselves overwhelmed by fears, worries and insomnia, will be able to experience the benefits of essential oils. By needing less medication, but instead using an oil or the power of a gemstone to help you get through your journey.
As well as working at De Groene Linde, I work as a nurse at various locations, including in hospice care. I also provide Dansage treatments, in which I blend massage, music and movement to create a unique experience. I have completed my training as a complementary nurse, which makes this a wonderful addition to my work, and I am very happy to be able to play my part in the care team.

Of course, you can contact the care team directly with any care-related queries. So if you have a client you’d like to offer support to, you can always give us a call for advice or send an email. Maar dit is niet het enige wat het zorgteam doet. Ben jij enthousiast over de producten, maar is het lastig om je collega’s mee te krijgen. Het team komt graag bij je langs, persoonlijk of via een teams meeting, om meer informatie over het gebruik van de producten te geven. Vergeet je ook niet aan te melden voor de speciale zorg nieuwsbrief. Iedere maand delen wij hier fijne informatie en leuke nieuwtjes vanuit De Groene Linde.
Fun and interesting care afternoons are also organised several times a year, often featuring guest speakers on informative topics. The care team is on duty on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
