Tips for use

• Strike the tuning fork firmly so that the sound is loud enough to be heard and felt clearly.
• Then move the rod along your body, pausing briefly at the level of the chakra at the front and also at the back.
• You can strike the rod a few more times until you feel it’s enough. You can also tell by the sound it makes.
• You can repeat this several times a day.
