Tips for use

• Press the Energybar firmly so that the sound is loud and clear and you can really feel it
• Then move the rod along your body, pausing briefly at the level of the chakra at the front and also at the back
• You can strike the rod a few more times until you feel it’s enough. You can also tell by the sound – it will change.
• You can repeat this several times a day.

Use by Therapists

As a therapist, you can use the frequencies of the tuning forks to break through a blockage more quickly or to bring a treatment to a close.
During yoga classes or moments of meditation, to give yourself that extra boost.
