Ho’oponopono: Letting go, forgiving and coming home to yourself

Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian ritual that encourages you to let go of the weight of the past and approach life with greater peace and confidence.

During this morning’s session, Gerda Duin will be working with the powerful Ho’oponopono mantra and you’ll go through a loving ritual of forgiveness. In the second part of the workshop, you’ll take a deeper step towards the ritual ‘Out of love, I give back’, an invitation to gently let go of whatever no longer belongs to you.

The workshop will incorporate elements from Gerda Duin’s card deck The Invitation and you’ll use a special aura spray from De Groene Linde, which gently supports the process. The morning concludes with a personalised card to inspire you for the time ahead.
