Sound & Silence

A wonderful experience in which scent, vibration and sound come together to guide you into a state of deep relaxation. This special evening is organised by Carolien from Foot For Thought.

Let yourself be moved by the power of scent frequencies and allow yourself to be guided inwards, into a state of meditation. Let the singing bowls and instruments carry you away, out of your head, and into the stillness within yourself.

On arrival, mats, cushions and blankets will be laid out for you. Wear comfortable clothes and make sure you have something to keep yourself warm if needed. Leave your jewellery at home.
