Sound Bath Masterclass Workshop

In this in-depth Sound Bath Masterclass by Jessica Vogel you’ll discover how to for personal or professional use creates a rich and varied sound bath. You’ll work with a wide range of instruments, from metal and crystal singing bowls to gongs, shruti boxes, rainsticks, ocean drums and more. You will learn to combine these elements and carefully construct a sound bath, paying attention to dynamics, timing, variety and, above all, listening and intuitively sensing what the moment requires.

A sound bath is more than just playing instruments. It is a journey of vibration, sound and silence, creating space for relaxation, stillness, nurturing and a sense of security. During the Masterclass, you’ll focus on experiencing things for yourself and getting hands-on. You’ll discover how to harmonise different tones and vibrations and, through mindfulness and intuition, create a deep and multi-layered experience.

The Masterclass builds on and broadens what you learnt during the Singing Bowl Workshop. However, it is not essential to have completed the Singing Bowl Workshop first: the Masterclass can also be taken on its own or beforehand. Some basic skill in striking and tuning a singing bowl is, however, helpful.

Who is it for? Whether you want to practise this form of sound work regularly yourself, create a personal sound bath for yourself, play for friends or family, or perhaps (one day) lead a sound bath for a group: this Masterclass offers inspiration, practical guidance and the confidence to discover your own path.
