The formula is completely free from BHA. This is a synthetic antioxidant that is best avoided on delicate baby skin. Instead, with this balm, you are choosing a pure and natural product based on high-quality plant-based oils and butters. This makes the balm suitable for use from day one.
Use this baby balm for red nappies, dry cheeks in autumn and winter, and other sensitive or irritated areas of the skin. This balm provides intensive care, particularly for nappy rash or sore nappies, for example whilst teething. Apply the balm generously to clean, dry skin to provide optimal support for your baby’s skin.

A really lovely product, a great alternative to Sudocrem. It spreads really well and stays slightly oily, which helps the red patches on the nappy area to fade! Applying Sudocrem always seemed to sting, but with this cream I can apply it without any trouble – I’d definitely recommend it!
I went ahead and ordered it anyway, though I was a bit unsure. But what a lovely product! I usually use Clendulan, zinc ointment or cornflour, but this – this is also a really lovely product. The redness actually cleared up after just one application; it spreads easily and has a pleasant smell. Our children also enjoy using it and ask for it when their bottoms are sore so they can apply the ‘cow ointment’. I hope it’ll last me a long time, just like the ‘Seal’ cough ointment. I also use it on other red patches on the skin that are a bit itchy.
Ideal for the bottom, but also for minor cuts and irritated skin. I’d definitely recommend keeping some in the house.
