Boundaries, 5D

Every day we are confronted with lower vibrations, whether in our daily lives or through the media. We are bombarded with all sorts of things, making it almost impossible to process it all. You become overstimulated and experience a great deal of stress and physical discomfort. It also becomes harder to set your boundaries. You find that people take advantage of you or encroach too much on your personal space. ‘Boundaries’ helps you deal with these two aspects: it provides solid protection and clear boundaries. It is first aid for highly sensitive people.

Meditation and visualisation

I got this from a friend, Lilian van Bergen, I’ve been given a wonderful meditation – protection from within. Give this a go and you’ll find that you can work on your protection and your boundaries in a completely different way.

Visualise a golden lemniscate with its centre in your solar plexus. Now, in your mind’s eye, draw a figure of eight starting from the centre: move upwards and form a loop around your head, then return downwards via your solar plexus. Now complete the figure of eight all the way down to your feet. Let golden energy flow through the lemniscate and take a moment to experience this. Next, make the Lemniscate bigger: let it expand beyond your body, above your head and a little way into the earth. Now sense how large the Lemniscate needs to be so that you feel protected and your boundaries are clear. Let the golden energy flow once more.

You are now protected from external influences and know how to set clear boundaries. You are standing in your own strength and reclaiming your ‘power’. If you wish, you can also place the centre of the lemniscate in your heart chakra. Try whatever feels best for you.

Strengthen your personal boundaries and protect them!

At the moment, the rapid increases in frequency we are experiencing are almost impossible for many people to keep up with. On 21 December 2020, an important energy gateway was opened: the great conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter. This was the moment when this new 5D Light Frequency entered the physical realm.

The process

"The 11 new fragrances had been on the shelf for some time. I’d already mentioned them in the second edition of our Inspiration Magazine, but apparently it wasn’t the right time (yet). I had to wait until 21 December 2020. I did the preparations about three days beforehand: tuning into the crystals and getting the combinations just right. I selected the light frequencies, which are also incorporated into this range, and wrote the texts in draft form. That’s always a bit of a challenge: how do you put into words the energy that flows through you? I don’t think it quite captures the essence even now, so I’d recommend you experience these wonderful scents for yourself.

For me, creating this fragrance range on that particular evening was, once again, a special and powerful process. Whilst creating the new fragrances, so much energy was released that I was literally standing in a beam of energy, light, warmth and love. I didn’t realise it at the time; I only noticed it when I’d finished and walked away from my workspace. I felt very cold for the next few days."
