Tips for use
- Voor volwassenen gebruik je in een bad 15 tot 25 ml badolie en ongeveer 10 druppels etherische olie naar keuze. Meng de etherische olie vooraf in een schaaltje met de badolie en 3 scheppen Epsom-zout voordat je deze in je bad doet. Wanneer je de etherische olie direct in het bad doet, blijft de olie op het water drijven. Bovendien kan direct contact van etherische olie met de huid een allergische reactie veroorzaken
- Maak gebruik van de frequentie van kristallen. Leg bijvoorbeeld een bergkristal, amethist en een brokje rozenkwarts in je bad
- Enkele etherische oliën zijn minder prettig in een bad. Citrusoliën en dennenoliën kunnen bijvoorbeeld een prikkelend of zelfs branderig gevoel geven. Oregano, tijm en kruidnagel kunnen dit effect ook hebben. Pepermunt geeft een verkoelend effect wanneer je dit in bad gebruikt. Gebruik niet te veel pepermunt; 3 druppeltjes zijn al voldoende voor een bad. Het is goed om deze olie te combineren met andere etherische oliën
- Je kunt deze basisbadolie ook gebruiken voor een voetbad, samen met een etherische olie en wat Himalayazout. Gebruik dan ongeveer 3–5 druppeltjes etherische olie en meng eerst de badolie voordat je deze aan het water toevoegen
