- If this is too much for you and you experience a strong reaction, bear in mind that the Light Frequency is working for you. But if it’s too intense, it’s not pleasant. If you notice this, I recommend stopping for a while and starting again after two days. It might be better for you to start with a lower dose. In that case, add one spray to 200 ml of water, stir well and take a sip every now and then throughout the day. After two days, you can add two sprays to the water and then build up to three. Once it feels right, you can switch to the standard dosage.
- You can also use the spray on your aura. This is also a good option if you’d rather not take it internally or if you’re under 18. Use the spray on children aged 8 and over.
