Tips for use
  • Place your crystals on the grid. Place the crystals you wish to charge directly onto the rock crystal grid. Make sure they do not overlap, so that each crystal makes good contact with the energy of the rock crystal
  • Leave them to rest for long enough. At least 4–6 hours, ideally overnight (8–12 hours)
  • Set an intention. Take a moment to set your intention, for example: “These crystals are being fully charged with pure energy”
  • Place the grid in a quiet spot. Put the grid somewhere where it won’t be disturbed, such as an altar, a small cupboard or a bedside table

As well as the haematite for cleansing, I’ve bought this rock crystal. I’ve inherited some stones from my grandmother and would like to gently cleanse and recharge them over the coming months. As well as finding out what sort of stones they are, I’m being careful when cleaning them under running water – not all stones can withstand that. Thanks to your detailed explanation of how to care for a stone, I’ve bought this grid of rock crystal. I once received some sage from a shaman to cleanse my home; I used this for an initial cleansing when I first received the stones. I did this intuitively, as I hadn’t yet looked into the stones in any depth at that point.
