- Use the blend in a diffuser or a aroma burner
- Use the room spray in the bedroom or in the living room in the evening
- Use the room spray as an aura spray when it all gets a bit too much and you need a moment to yourself. Spray above your head with your eyes closed and stand still for a moment. Really take a moment to soak up the energy
