Luipaard Jaspis dankt zijn naam aan het unieke patroon dat lijkt op de vlekken van een luipaard. The name “jasper” comes from the Greek word iaspis, which means ‘spotted stone’. Jasper has been known for thousands of years and was valued by various ancient cultures as a protective and healing stone. Leopard jasper is one of the many varieties within the jasper family, which is found all over the world.
