You can take the spray orally, following the standard advice below. Dissolve one spray in a glass of water three times a day and drink it at fixed times. Wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking. - If this is too much for you and you experience a strong reaction, bear in mind that the Light Frequency is working for you. But if it’s too intense, it’s not pleasant.
