Collecting your order from our showroom is available daily from 11.00 am onwards working day!
In the countries around us, too, we have postal delivery via PostNL, BPost or DHL.
Due to Brexit, we are no longer able to deliver orders to England as standard. We’d be happy to discuss with you how we can get your order to you, so please just let us know by phone and/or email.
We dispatch orders with care every working day. We aim to dispatch your order the very next working day. In most cases, this means you’ll receive your parcel within 2 to 3 days. However, there may be occasions when your parcel is delayed by PostNL, BPost or DHL. Please check your Track & Trace code to track your parcel and to let us know of any special delivery requests. You’ll automatically receive the Track & Trace details from us by email in collaboration with PostNL, BPost or DHL.
For the sake of completeness, we would like to point out that we are also obliged to on the delivery charges and VAT to charge.
