Postage and delivery times

Our orders are dispatched via

• PostNL
• Bpost (Belgium)
• DHL

You can also opt for a a collection point near you.

Collecting your order from our showroom is available daily from 11.00 am onwards working day!

In the countries around us, too, we have postal delivery via PostNL, BPost or DHL.
Due to Brexit, we are no longer able to deliver orders to England as standard. We’d be happy to discuss with you how we can get your order to you, so please just let us know by phone and/or email.

Delivery time:

We dispatch orders with care every working day. In many cases, we’ll dispatch your order on the same day if we receive it before 13:00. Your parcel will usually arrive the next day. However, there may be occasions when your parcel is delayed by PostNL, BPost or DHL. Check your Track & Trace code to track your parcel and to let us know if you have any special delivery requests. You’ll automatically receive the Track & Trace details from us by email in collaboration with PostNL, BPost or DHL.

Postage costs tDelivery charges: free for orders over 50 euros (including VAT):

1. In the Netherlands, your share of the postage costs €5,85 including VAT for shipments via DHL. For shipments within the Netherlands via PostNL, we charge €5.95 including VAT.
   For deliveries to Belgium, we charge a delivery fee of €6.95 including VAT. We’ll send your parcel via Bpost. You can also choose to collect your parcel from a collection point.
2. For all other countries, we charge the actual delivery costs. Please contact us for further information.

For the sake of completeness, we would like to point out that we are also obliged to on the delivery charges and VAT to charge.
