Postage and delivery times

Our orders are dispatched via

• Bpost (Belgium)
• DHL

You can also opt for a a collection point near you.

Collecting your order from our showroom is available daily from 11.00 am onwards working day!

In the countries around us, too, we have postal delivery via PostNL, BPost or DHL.
Due to Brexit, we are no longer able to deliver orders to England as standard. We’d be happy to discuss with you how we can get your order to you, so please just let us know by phone and/or email.

Delivery time:

We dispatch orders with care every working day. We aim to dispatch your order the very next working day. In most cases, this means you’ll receive your parcel within 2 to 3 days. However, there may be occasions when your parcel is delayed by PostNL, BPost or DHL. Please check your Track & Trace code to track your parcel and to let us know of any special delivery requests. You’ll automatically receive the Track & Trace details from us by email in collaboration with PostNL, BPost or DHL.

Postage costs tRates:

1. In the Netherlands, your share of the postage costs €2,90 including VAT.
   In Belgium we need to ask for a slightly higher contribution, as we also have to pay a lot more. In Belgium, Your contribution: €3.90 including VAT. You can also choose collection points. As standard, you only pay a contribution towards the delivery costs. The actual delivery costs are considerably higher, but this allows us to dispatch parcels with quality, care and attention.
2. For all other countries, we charge the actual delivery costs. Please contact us for further information.

For the sake of completeness, we would like to point out that we are also obliged to on the delivery charges and VAT to charge.
