You promote mental clarity and create a stable, protective atmosphere that encourages relaxation, meditation and inner balance. By diffusing or spraying Cypress, you release heavy energy and bring a sense of refreshment and focus to yourself and your living space.
Cypress essential oil brings a fresh, woody and purifying energy into your home or workspace, helping you and those around you to feel grounded, clear-headed and energetically balanced.
The Cypress type has put on a mask to hide his or her sadness and insecurity. Because of the injustice done to him, he finds it difficult to get on with other people. Forgiveness is not his strong point, and as a result, he can no longer be spontaneous. To relax and live in the here and now, he will have to learn from his mistakes and learn to forgive himself and others.
Cypress oil helps you to concentrate, to focus on what is essential and not to get carried away by the overwhelming flood of impressions. The cypress is a tree that has historically been associated with death and the grief that comes with it. It therefore helps you to acknowledge your feelings and accept them. It offers you support to move forward when you have lost a loved one. It brings comfort in times of grief and sorrow, and has a nerve-strengthening and calming effect.
Cypress was used by the Native Americans to connect with their ancestors. It is an oil that stimulates your higher consciousness and helps you to experience lucid dreams. Cypress helps you to develop your third eye and to better receive and understand clairvoyant perceptions.
Affirmation: ""I fully embrace all my feelings. I know that every intense feeling of anger, sadness and grief will pass. I consciously allow them to flow through me so that I can let them go."
