Tips for use
- Use Rosslyn essential oil in a foot bath when you find yourself feeling very preoccupied. That feeling of being a bit light-headed because your energy levels are very high. Prepare a warm foot bath and mix in 2 tablespoons Epsom salt with a dash of basic bath oil and 4 drops of Rosslyn essential oil in a small bowl. Add this to the warm water and sit back and relax
- Do you have a bath at home? If so, it’s also lovely to take a relaxing bath with this scent. Just use a little more of everything 😉 This scent also helps restore balance in stressful situations
- Make a mixture of some Base oil and a few drops of Rosslyn essential oil in a small bowl. Massage this into your feet or apply a little to the soles of your feet before you go to sleep
