Epsom salt (also known as Epsom salt) It is known for its nourishing and moisturising properties and helps to strengthen the skin’s barrier function. For muscle cramps, muscle ache, sprains and general musculoskeletal pain, a lovely bath will work wonders. The salt also has a relaxing effect on fatigue and stress.
The residents of Epsom (Surrey, England) have been experiencing the beneficial effects of this mineral compound of magnesium and sulphate since the seventeenth century. Magnesium is sometimes referred to as the ‘spark of life’.

Foot bath to help you ground yourself
We have also noticed that salt has a very cleansing and grounding effect. Have foot baths with Mother Earth and Epsom salts. You can also mix Himalayan salt and Epsom salts together.
Perfect for lively children and children (and grown-ups) who find it very difficult to get in touch with their bodies.
