- This sunny fragrance is lovely to use in a diffuser or oil burner. It’s a cosy pick-me-up for the home, especially during the long, dark days! Everyone could do with some positive, sunny vibes at times like these!
- For a quick pick-me-up, rub a drop between your hands and cup them over your nose and mouth. Take a few deep breaths in and out. You’ll find that this helps to dispel negative thoughts.
- The aura spray is very handy to use when you need a quick boost of positive energy. Close your eyes and spray twice above your head – once on the right-hand side and once on the left-hand side. Let the mist settle over you for a moment and feel what happens to you.
