Tips for use
- You can use this purifying essential oil in an oil burner or diffuser during your meditation sessions. It helps you to sink deeper into your meditation and receive the information in its purest form.
- Rub a tiny drop between your hands and cup them in front of your nose and mouth. Take a few deep breaths in and out.
- The aura spray is very handy to use when you need this energy straight away.
- Just before a meditation, you can spray this scent frequency around the room or use the spray on your aura. When using it, close your eyes and spray twice above your head, once on the right-hand side and once on the left-hand side. Let the mist settle over you for a moment and feel what happens to you.
Crystals that complement amethyst
