Please note: Due to the citrus oils in this blend, it is advisable to stay out of the sun after use. These oils are phototoxic and can cause pigmentation spots. Particularly when giving a massage using this blend, it is important to cover the treated skin after the massage before going outside. Always use a carrier oil with a few drops of essential oil added when giving a massage. There is also a ready-to-use massage oil of this cheerful blend!

Tips for use
- Heat the oil in a diffuser or aroma stream where there are lots of people together, such as the living room
- Use the roll on for when someone’s feeling a bit down. Apply the roller several times a day to the wrists and the nape of the neck
- Use a scented stone or a scent trail next to the bed if someone is bedridden
- Use the aura spray in a room to lift the mood
- You can also use the Aurapray on a client to help boost their energy a little
