Tips for use
- Put a drop of oil in a aroma burner or diffuser with plenty of water
- You can also put a few drops on a scent stone or a cotton pad and place it next to your bed to soothe your airways
- This product is also available in a roll on version, handy for carrying in your bag
- Why not have a good old-fashioned steam with this oil? Use a small bowl of hot water and add 3 drops. Keep your eyes closed as the scent can be quite strong for your eyes.
This blend is not suitable for very young children. It may be used from the age of 8. For younger children, we recommend A runny nose From our children’s range, or for the very youngest, we have Cough & Cold products.

These safety labels must be displayed on 1,000-litre drums, as well as on our small 10-ml bottles. The dosage is not taken into account.
