Tips for use

• Take one tube and hold it against your solar plexus. Then ask yourself, "Is this the most effective scent frequency for me right now?" Your body may now lean forwards or backwards. Sometimes you’ll remain standing completely still. To check whether leaning forwards means "YES", you can ask, ‘Am I a boy?’ If you’re a girl and you lean backwards, then you know that leaning backwards means ‘NO’. This way, you can test out different vials. Once you’ve found a frequency that suits you best at the moment, you can start using the oil or carry the vial with you
• Inside the felt pouch there is a small card with a key showing which numbers have been assigned to the scent frequencies. You’ll find it underneath the vials in the slot in the pouch
