We’ve recently started selling grids on wooden plaques engraved with Metatron’s cube. But we’re taking it a step further...

You can also lay out a grid in a room. The first place that springs to mind is your bedroom. At night, your body – but especially your energy field – can benefit from positive energy.
We’ve put together a bag containing 8 large rock crystal points for you. I’ve personally selected the crystals that complement each other best. I’ve tuned into them and set an intention for them.
When you’re standing or lying within a grid, your energy field is positively influenced and you’ll soon notice that you start to feel better about yourself.
You are surrounded by a circle of light, and your energy field can cleanse and recharge itself.

What are you going to do with it?

The crystals can be arranged in two ways: with the points facing outwards or with the points facing inwards.
But what do you actually need? I can’t give you a straight answer to that, so it’s a case of trying things out. As a general rule:;

• With the points facing inwards, the energy is drawn towards you.
• With the points facing outwards, the energy is channelled away.

If you’re under a lot of stress and feel as though you’re always 'switched on', if you’re restless and feel bloated, then position the points on the outside. All the energy can be channelled out.
If you’re feeling listless or wake up feeling tired and could do with a bit of extra energy, turn the points inwards.

But… bear in mind that sometimes you need one thing and other times you need the other. (And it’s not as though your personal energy drains away and you wake up feeling 'drained'.).

In any case, you’re free to find out for yourself what feels best for you.

Cleaning the crystals

It’s a good idea to clean the crystals once every two weeks. Hold them under running water and rinse them thoroughly. Leave them to dry in the sun or in the light. You can also wait for the full moon to do this.
It’s also good to get a feel for which crystal goes where. I place the largest crystal at the head of the bed and the second-largest at the foot of the bed.
Then I place one crystal in the centre and one on each side. I’ve now placed four crystals. You can now distribute the four remaining crystals amongst the spaces in between.
You can also state your intention whilst laying out the grid. Ask the crystals what they can do for you...
I want to sleep peacefully and deeply, or to be protected during the night… Ask for this with an open heart and a pure intention.

Of course, you don’t have to use the crystals in the bedroom; they also look lovely in a living room or an office, where they can purify and recharge the energy.

The crystals are packed in a lovely little bag so you can store them or take them with you when you’re not sleeping at home.
